Beyond Ideas
In early 2018, thirteen enrollment company owners gathered to discuss the idea of NEP. As long-time friends and leaders in their perspective markets, they shared a passion for blending technology and human guidance during enrollments. More importantly, all agreed that brokers and their clients needed a unified, national solution for tomorrow’s enrollment challenges.
Charting Success
NEP was officially formed in January of 2019, beginning with hiring key staff to assist our partners and associates navigating the changing needs of the benefit market. Supporting our teams with necessary tools, we built a state-of-the-art call center, organized a team of 275 certified benefit counselors, developed key industry partnerships, and expanded the affiliate member roles just to name a few. As these systems and services became more essential, the team expanded to ensure excellence.

The secret to our success has been collaborative partnership from the very beginning. With the industries best sharing ideals, best practices, resources, and technology we continue to grow in strength. Our team proudly supports our affiliate offices and incoming associates with tenured experience, technology, and NEP services to grow in their own markets and collaborate nationally to support our clients.
Better Together
In the beginning of 2023, five of the founding partners united forces in a formal merger with NEP corporate, becoming one of nation’s largest enrollment firms overnight. This strategic merger instantly positioned NEP as one of the nation's largest benefit enrollment firms. The consolidated corporate team now collaborates, sharing resources, personnel, and a shared passion for revolutionizing the industry.
