  • Howie is a seasoned executive and the Chief Executive Officer of National Enrollment Partners (NEP), bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across the employee benefits and enrollment industry. Having held multiple executive roles including Managing Partner of Enrollment Solutions, he is known for setting ambitious goals, executing with precision, and consistently delivering strong, measurable results.

    As CEO, Howie is focused on driving NEP’s long-term growth through innovative business strategy, strategic acquisitions, and the continued expansion of the company’s national footprint. He plays a critical role in cultivating relationships with key investors, broker partners, and clients, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders while positioning NEP for sustained success.

As the leader of his originating agency, The Grove Agency, he has built a reputation for delivering measurable results by consistently exceeding revenue targets, accelerating growth, and developing high-performing teams.

    Throughout his career, Marc has successfully established and scaled national broker and carrier partnerships, creating a strong, interconnected network that drives opportunity and long-term value. His ability to align stakeholders, negotiate strategic agreements, and foster trusted relationships has positioned him as a key force in expanding market reach and strengthening distribution channels across the country.

    Marc specializes in diversifying and expanding NEP’s suite of services while cultivating symbiotic vendor and carrier relationships through innovative, forward-thinking strategies. With a sharp strategic mindset and a keen ability to identify emerging market opportunities, he plays a critical role in elevating NEP’s presence, relevance, and competitive edge within the voluntary benefits space.

Marc Grove

  • Now NEP's Vice President of the Midwest, Ryan will be responsible for implementing our business strategy and vision through evolution of Associate members and sales in the midwestern region of the nation.

    Similar to his role as Managing Partner of Premier Worksite Solutions, Kansas, Ryan is focused on providing top-tier enrollment solutions to his clients and brokers. His commitment to delivering value to our stakeholders and helping our company achieve its strategic goals and objectives is just one of many reasons he is a vital member of our
    executive team.

Ryan Bowling

  • As Vice President of the Southeast market, Rob oversees the development and presence of NEP in the lower region of the nation.

    With Rob's experience as Managing Partner of Premier Worksite Solutions, Alabama, and knowledge of the local market, he can concentrate on building relationships with local vendor representatives and recruiting of additional Associate firms. Rob's leadership will allow the company to extend our mission and provide our clients and brokers with cutting-edge support
    for their employees.

Rob Stone

  • Ryan has been a leader in the employee benefits industry since 2007, beginning his career in a range of distribution and management roles on the carrier side. This foundation provided him with deep expertise in product strategy, sales execution, and broker engagement.

    In 2012, Ryan was recruited by a leading worksite carrier to build and scale a broker distribution channel across Eastern Pennsylvania. Over the next seven years, he transformed the delivery model, driving exponential growth and increasing broker-driven sales from $2 million to $35 million, establishing one of the most successful regional distribution strategies in the organization.

    In 2019, Ryan launched his own consulting practice focused on employee engagement, helping employers and partners enhance benefit adoption through more effective communication and enrollment strategies. His firm’s success and innovative approach led to its acquisition by National Enrollment Partners in 2023.

    As Head of Sales at NEP, Ryan is responsible for driving national expansion, strengthening broker and carrier relationships, and positioning the organization as a premier managed services provider in the voluntary benefits space. With a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation, he is instrumental in elevating NEP’s market presence and delivering scalable growth across the country.

Ryan Goldberg

  • TJ brings more than 23 years of proven success in the employee benefits industry, with a track record of building and scaling high-impact organizations. In 2007, he founded NEES with a clear vision: to become one of the largest and most elite enrollment firms in the Northeast market. Under his leadership, the firm experienced rapid growth, expanding to serve more than 2,000 clients ranging from small employers to organizations with over 150,000 lives.

    In 2020, TJ led the strategic merger of NEES with Benefits Enriched, a benefit administration and case-building firm, further enhancing service capabilities and delivering a more integrated, technology-driven experience for brokers and their clients.

    TJ is widely recognized for his ability to help brokers elevate their value proposition and strengthen Broker of Record (BOR) relationships through innovative enrollment strategies, advanced technology, and streamlined benefit solutions. His forward-thinking approach and deep industry expertise continue to drive meaningful outcomes for partners and position NEP as a leader in the managed services space.
